This package includes all 5 bedrooms in the villa- Standard Rate: $545 USD / per night (up to 10 people)
- Holiday Rate: $625 USD / per night (up to 10 people)
- Additional Occupancy: $20 USD / per person for additional occupancy over 10 people (maximum occupancy is 14 people)
- MINIMUM STAYS
- 2 night minimum stays for all bookings outside of the peak seasons
- 3 night minimum stays for all bookings during peak seasons
- LONG-TERM RATES
- One week – 5% off any of the listed nightly rates
- Two weeks – 10% off any of the listed nightly rates
- One month – 15% off any of the listed nightly rates
- CLEANING FEE
- A mandatory $95 USD cleaning fee is required for any stay
